All rooms in Maya apartments consist of three rooms: bathroom, bedroom and living room with kitchen.
The area of the apartments is 38m2 and they are all modern and functionally decorated. The mattresses are anatomical, and the sofa beds and armchairs, which are located in the living room, are made according to high standards with the desire to provide comfort and peaceful sleep.
In the kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals every day. From electrical appliances, you can use an espresso coffee machine, a coffee whisk, a hair dryer, as well as an iron and a microwave oven on request.
A cot and a feeder for children can be obtained on request, at no additional cost.
There is an air conditioner in the living room, and there is a TV in the living room (smart) and in the bedroom.
Internet connection is of good quality and available to guests.
Each apartment has an additional 10m2 balcony, protected from the sun by an awning, where you can enjoy your vacation.
There are three types of apartments.
Family Apartment
On the ground floor there are apartments that can host five people (no. 1, 2 and 3).
In the bedroom they have a double bed, and in the living room there is a couch and a sofa bed.
Friends Apartment
On the first floor, there are two apartments (no. 5 and 6), which in the bedroom have two single beds that can be combined into one double bed if desired, and in the living room a large three-seater sofa which, when unfolded, has dimensions of 1.6 x 2 m.
Superior apartment
The last type of apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a large three-seater sofa in the living room, which when unfolded measures 1.6 x 2m.
Room 4 on the first floor and rooms 7, 8 and 9 on the second floor belong to this type of apartment.
